Shipping and Returns

The contract for purchases made by the Customer through www.anfa-furniture.com is with ANFA®, and the Customer declares that all goods ordered are for private and domestic use and not for resale.

SHIPPING POLICY

Product prices include both VAT (Value Added Tax) at 22% and shipping costs.

Orders are shipped only after payment has been credited.
The Customer may pay for their order using a credit or debit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.
If the Customer chooses to pay by bank transfer, it must be directed to the following account:

The transfer must be made within six (6) days. If payment is not credited within ten (10) days from the order date, the order will be canceled.

ANFA® reserves the right to request the return of ordered products in case of non-payment. In such circumstances, and upon request from ANFA®, the Customer must return the products for which payment has not been made. The Customer will bear all associated costs.

In case of payment issues through the services offered, the Customer is requested to promptly contact ANFA® via email at info@anfa-furniture.com.

After the order has been shipped, a notification with tracking information will be sent via email.

Please note that ANFA® products are available in limited quantities and may be made to order.
The present and future environmental impact of the products is taken seriously; for this reason, ANFA® consciously chooses not to produce in large quantities.

If the ordered product is no longer available or out of stock, the Customer will be informed as soon as possible about the expected availability date. The Customer can, at their discretion, wait for the product to become available or request a refund. The estimated production time for unavailable products is indicative only.

SHIPPING COSTS

Delivery within the European Union and the United Kingdom: for orders shipped to EU countries and the UK, taxes and duties are included in the price. Please provide a valid mobile phone number and email address to receive updates on your order and check carefully that the address is correct.

DELIVERY DELAYS

Sometimes delivery delays from our suppliers are beyond our control. This may occur, for example, when a supplier is unable to meet their delivery obligations or when production issues arise. In such cases, ANFA® assumes no responsibility for any damages caused by such delays.
However, the Customer will be promptly informed in case of a delivery delay. The Customer always has the right to cancel the purchase at no cost in case of a delay.

TRANSPORT

ANFA® is responsible for the transportation of goods to the Customer.
The Customer and the shipping company assume the risk for any returns.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

Upon receiving the goods, it is important to immediately check the condition of the order. In case of receiving an incorrect order or damaged products, the Customer is asked to promptly contact ANFA® via email at info@anfa-furniture.com.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Under the European Consumer Rights Directive, private customers have the right to withdraw within 14 days. Therefore, the Customer has the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Returned goods must be unused, intact, clean, and suitable for resale as new.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, the Customer must bear the return shipping costs.
Please note that customized products are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.

RETURNS

If the Customer wishes to return a damaged or incorrect product, they must contact ANFA® via email at info@anfa-furniture.com to obtain further instructions before returning any items. Please attach the invoice or receipt to facilitate return identification.
Please note that the Customer is responsible for shipments to ANFA®.
In order for ANFA® to accept a claim, it must be received no later than two (2) years from the date of purchase.
In the event of an unresolved dispute between the parties, the recommendations of the European Commission will be followed.

REFUNDS

Refunds are made via the payment method chosen by the Customer.
The amount will always be refunded to the same account used for the purchase as soon as possible, once the return has been received and approved.

UNDELIVERED SHIPMENTS

If the shipment cannot be delivered to the address provided by the Customer, the Customer will receive a notification via email or SMS. The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address, mobile number, and email address provided.
If the recipient does not collect the package within 14 days from the order’s arrival at the distribution point, the order will be returned to the sender.
If the Customer wishes the order to be re-shipped, they will be responsible for shipping costs, including the fee for the first return and any additional costs incurred by ANFA®.

FORCE MAJEURE

In case of war, natural disasters, strikes, civil authority decisions, and other similar events beyond the control and reasonably unforeseeable by ANFA®, which result in the inability of ANFA® to fulfill contracts or commitments, ANFA® will be exempt from its obligations for the duration of such circumstances.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

The use of this website and any disputes arising from the use of the website are subject to European Union laws, regardless of any conflicting laws.
Any dispute or claim arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions, or their breach, termination, or validity, will be resolved by the Court of Milan, Italy, in the first instance.
The consumer always has the right to contact the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform. The platform can be accessed at the following link: EU Commission ODR.
